I will say that if you allow yourself to get offended or upset based on internet forums, you need to rethink the whole process and what it means to you.

This is the internet, if you can't take it as that - you probably need to rethinking logging in anywhere - as it is a problem with you, and not the forum.

As much as I enjoy the internet drama - to "leave" a forum because you feel unwanted or embarrassed because people make fun of you, or are making some stand against the forum admin based on principle is about as asinine a thought as TT's fantasy into coaching a tennis team.

I guarantee with almost 100% certainty that not a single bit of the forum bullshit manifested itself at the SBR bash. Why - because there is an obvious disconnect from the forum bullshit when interacting in real life.

I can't understand censoring/deleteing posts or banning anyone unless it is spam or directly effecting your bottom line - i.e. nudity and adsense.

If it doesn't fall into either of those categories, it is an absolute abuse of power that will come back to hurt your product.
