Was never illegal to wager with an offshore in Canada. The operation just cant be physically in Canada. The Kahnawake Gaming commission, its on sovereign territory...aka Kahnawake reservation outside of Montreal.

Ever since Pinnacle got Ontario license, I cannot access their site on desktop, only phone. Even for a phone, I have to go through series of location validation which might take at least 5 to 10 minutes. And I'm tired of Ontario Pinny.

this ontario licensing crap ****** up everybody not in ontario with the hoop jumping.

I live on the west coast, my isp is a satellite company registered in ontario. my book wont allow me to bet through my laptop/isp cause of this. I have to hotspot my phone and laptop so my true location shows on their tracking.

It is my understanding, the reason for a stand alone license for books in ontario is the books are required to pay a different tax rate that allows them to operate in that province. this inturn will reflect in the lines they offer as well.

The funny part is that I have to go at least 5 to 10 times reCAPTCHA just for single login access, though putting correct image inputs. Prior to Ontario license, it was just one click away.

10 months and counting since they said it won't be long.

I guess it was similar when they said Isle of Man license was approved but nothing happened for a year or two.

And like how they played the game with customer futures so they won and you lost no matter what before leaving offshore.

Their word means nothing any more.

loved their open sweetheart teasers and parlays in football season. It might take me 2 or 3 weeks to complete 15 games 20pt football and 16 pt basketball. cashed alot of those. going to miss those this year
