NFL win total predictions from SBR's Sean Tomlinson:

      Vikings Over 8.5 wins (-130)

      - Some of the best offseason plans lean on reinforcing an existing strength, and a ferocious Vikings pass rush that finished fifth in 2024 with 49 sacks improved further after the additions of defensive tackles Jonathan Allen and Javon Hargrave.

      - The only hesitancy schedule-wise about this pick is tied to the NFL international odds and schedule, which shows the Vikings are set to become the first team to play back-to-back foreign games in different countries. But talent can and should prevail in those matchups, jet lag be damned.

      Giants Under 5.5 wins (-130)

      - The bar is low, but it's difficult to find three or four wins for a team set to trot out the 2025 version of Russell Wilson at quarterback, let alone six. The Giants' season-opening gauntlet is daunting enough on its own, with the team starting on the road against the division-rival Washington Commanders and Dallas Cowboys, then hosting Kansas City during prime time, with the Los Angeles Chargers coming in afterward.

      - That's three playoff teams over the first four weeks, with three more coming during Weeks 6 through 8 (the Philadelphia Eagles twice, and the Denver Broncos). Yikes.

      Raiders Over 6.5 wins (-130)

      - There are plenty of soft spots on the schedule for the Raiders, which most notably includes games against the Tennessee Titans, New York Giants, Cleveland Browns, and Jacksonville Jaguars, three of which are getting preseason win totals of 5.5.

      - Lots of weak areas linger for the Raiders, especially on defense. However, Geno Smith brings some level of stability at quarterback, and first-round pick Ashton Jeanty is primed to be an immediate wrecking ball.
