Phil Luckett was the officiating supervisor overseeing the replays and calls on Monday Night. He was the ref back in 1989 that gave Testaverde and the Jets a game winning TD by saying Testaverde's helmet breaking the goal line is the same as the ball breaking the goal line. That bogus call led to the Seahawks missing the playoffs and firing Dennis Ekrikson.
