    Houston RB Wali Lundy
wali had another fine showing with a 7 carries for 40 yard perrfromance tonight. though morency is worth keeping an eye on 11 carries for 95 yards and two scores....looks like davis has company.

Wow, I missed this. Good call, Dan. I thought for sure Morency would be the starter. Lundy looked good in the two games I saw him (Rams and Broncos pre-season). Congrats to him on a job well done.

Although Lundy has looked good in the preseason, I don't see them having any kind of legitimate running game with Davis out the year. How bad is passing up Bush looking now? Especially with Mario Williams not showing well in the preseason.

Who would of thought that their running back situation would be so screwed up after passing on Reggie Bush. Im sure Reggie is loving it.

Kubiak seems to like Lundy. I think that Lundy has a ton of value on sportsbook.com right now for: OFFENSIVE ROOKIE OF THE YEAR @ 35-1. I am taking a shot at this. I think it has good value.

Texans signed Ron Dayne today I see. I just wonder how this will affect Lundi's time, as well as the goal line carries.

Yeah, but Dayne has always failed in the past as a goal line RB...I wouldn't be surprised to see him get 5-10 carries per game, being familiar with Kubiak's offense and all. Still, Lundy is a value pick for ROY at 35-1.

you have to assume that this signing of Dayne could hurt at the goal line though, so with that being said. where would you pick him in a fantasy league football league though is the real question jesterson ?
