You don't need 12 teams, but it's a good number ... 10 is a also decent number for a league and 8 works okay as well. Try playing in an eight team league and limit the bench positions. It becomes very tough to know who to hold onto and who to drop.

Didn’t realize the draft day was the opening of college football am going to change it to Wednesday but if we don’t get at least 10 people I don’t think its going to worth it

I was one of them crackerjack. Yahoo only allows you to be in 4 leagues. I had an opportunity to get into another league with some friends so I had to drop out of one and this league didn't look like we were going to have enough teams.

I am recruiting some more players. I think we will get at least eight players. I am moving to Georgia during the live draft so I will miss it. I vote for an autodraft so everyone gets screwed by Yahoo, not just me!
