My vote goes to the San Francisco 49'ers.

New Head Coach - Mike Nolan (Defensive Coordinator Ravens)
1st round Draft Pick QB - Alex Smith (Utah)
New Running Back - Bobby Purify
New Wide Receiver - Marcus Maxwell

I see this 2 -14 team turning it around. Young and full of speed,
I wouldn't be surprised to see them triple that this year.
