hi guys, first post, and let me say THANK YOU for your awesomeness. i have been reading these forums for months and its been great. as my name says, you can see i'm a bit of an action junkie! haha, trying not to be.
question: am i foolish for thinking that i can actually profit from 'sports investing' (betting on sports)??
i'm here to make a little money, not a lot, and to have fun watching sports, while winning at least a meager profit even if i'm only hitting like 55%.
my method is to search through the forums for like 6 hours every day, then place all my bets, based on the consensus of all the opinions i've read and the 'pro' cappers' picks i've seen.
some days are bad, like today
(lost 9 of 12 bets, lost all my profit for the last 2 days... which means 3 days of full time work = $0 profit
)... and i wonder, am i stupid?
is this a stupid way to go? is it better to just pay and follow one or two good cappers? i mainly want to bet on NFL, but am open to pro and college football and basketball, if its profitable. (i'm done with baseball, soccer, and hockey).
and how much do you guys make on average? i only wanna make like $500 per month...is it so hard...
any opinions really appreciated. THANK YOU!!!
