Hi Chindollars, I understand how important to you and excited of becoming a PRO and our processing time usually takes 2-4 business days for order status to "complete" and another 2-4 business days for the books to do the credit. tracy I am highly concerned on the timeframe of SBR PRO status confirmation as I want to do it within 2 weeks and stay in the beat the prick contest. My concern is primarily based on the fact that 888sport book doesn't clearly display the account number on their webpage as I login It is just non existent anywhere I go - to my profile page or elsewhere it would normally be found - instead there is this confusing Support ID number - which either is a CuStomer id or or customer support - so I am confused whether I should have mention my login instead of this mysterious Support ID number. Is the account number issue that deal breaking in the SBR verification process or is correct Name and last name sufficient to successfully confirm the fact that I have opened the account through SBR link and deposited a minimum required amount of money?

Also in case of a glitch - is there a way to secure my spot in beat the prick contest by say sending 20 euros by skrill in addition to 888sport registration? I just don't want a stupid situation to occur that I waited two weeks after I opened an acct with 888sport and deposited and cause of some misunderstanding I get kicked out of BTP contest and it would be too late by the time things get rectified?

I have sent an email to gopro@sbrforum.com with both of my ids and logins - to try to expedite the process. What do you think will happen?

Resubmit the application with your 888Sport username please. It doesn't have to be a numeric account number, that's just a text label. Your first application was denied because it was submitted through a different sportsbook, we understand your intention was to select 888Sport.

We received your SBR Pro application yesterday. It is processing normally. No worries on Beat The Prick, anyone who submitted the Pro app would not be removed from the contest unless they weren't eligible (i.e. submitted an account that wasn't created through the SBR promo link).

I try to submit the new application with my 888sport username now but it is not possible, because you have to cancel my last application.

Normally it will take 2-4 business days for us to process an application. Regarding your last application we still need to check on it. I will let you know then the status the soonest time I received the update.

ok nice to know - i am not a first timer i was a pro for several years before that - just last year didnt renew

tracy is it possible to resubmit mine as well - unless the processor reads my messages - they or the system will read my Customer ID number which is not my user id - and it will get denied.

Should i resubmit or do you think they will locate my account by name? I know you said it just started processing but - the issue seems identical to stevens
