1xbet fraud

Hello, yesterday, 26/06/2017, I placed a bet at (1xbet) in the Chinese league (game Beijing Guoan - Jiangsu) that it would end up tied.

The odd was 2.69. I bet 100 Euros. I won the bet. I was very surprised when 1xbet only refunded me with the 100 euros of the bet instead of the total of winnings (269 euros), claiming that there had been an internal error.

If it did, it's not my business, because if I do a mistake when i´m betting, the bookmaker will not give me the money back.

I think I was the victim of fraud. How can I get help to solve this problem? (I have proves )
