I'm trying out a new NCAAB program. It's going well, but I've gotten to the point where my data source has a serious problem: it doesn't identify neutral fields. I realized how big an issue this was when I realized my March lines were terrible in every way. The question is, where can I get an archive of which games were (historically) played on neutral courts, preferably in a form that is reasonable to parse?
