Foul after foul going to the basket carolina,not so common on baylor going to the hole

What about baylor down 1 mayer turns his ankle ref looks at him slumped on the floor, no stop in play carolina basket and foul despite baylor saying it was on the floor

This is the main and only reason i hate basketball betting
