Last game on Sunday night in college baskets

I mentioned in a previous thread about how I like to pay attention to the underdog in these last games on Sunday night. Other than halftime on the SNF NFL game this game is the last chance for many to bet.

I'm thinking these games get lots of money, money from people who have lost during the day and are trying to make up for their losses and also from the winners on Sunday who are flush with "the book's money" and are willing to risk losing a little.

Seattle was a 12 1/2 point underdog and lost to Washington by 8 points to cover. They were down 20 points in the 2nd half so I thought they were toast but they came back!

I think I'll start a thread next Sunday night to see what people think.

I had to go back and check the few weeks we've had already. The team that covers is mentioned first.

11/11 North Texas -1 over Hawaii
11/18 Texas A&M +5 1/2 over Minnesota
11/25 Seton Hall +4 1/2 over Miami (FL) [Seton Hall wins outright]
12/02 UCLA -9 1/2 over LMU
12/09 Seattle +12 over Washington

The one I was thinking about was Vanderbilt vs USC (11/11). It wasn't the last game but it was one of the last. It was the last major game. Vanderbilt won that won outright as a 1 1/2 point underdog.

It's not Sunday night but it's Monday night with NFL action. Hawaii was playing Miss Valley St last Sunday night and I really didn't see anything I liked in that game.

Tonight I see Rider playing Washington State. I haven't bee real impressed with Wazzou but I do like Rider. They originally were favored in this game but are now 3-point underdogs.
