Did this line really move 10 points? I thought I saw Washington -18.5 this morning or was I looking at the 1H line.

I would look at taking the 1st Half line. These smaller conference teams have a tendency to come out strong in the first half, so 14.5 looks really good.

I passed on this one, good luck if you played that 14' on em. Watched Pepperdine/Washington game last night, saw the former got squashed tonight after the high energy game last night, let's see how the latter does.
