Is Ken Pom worth it?

For those who has a subscription to kenpom. I know it is not expensive but is there predictions and other info they provide help with your daily bets? Thanks

the answer is unequivocally yes, and more for the other info than for the predictions. can't think of 20 bucks that i spent better all year.

the distillation of different types of info is key (particularly pace and various efficiency stats). time is money and kenpom.com saves me a ton of time.
