Agree on your Marq/wisc analysis. Will be interesting watching Davidson/trice guard Howard. Purdue’s guards did a great job on that point. I am also concerned about a lot of fouls on Marq, but I’m hoping they can drive to the hoop more and also get to the charity stripe. Should be a good game, but I will pass too!

So look, this Illy St squad is much better than most realize... they had a week prep, while UCF coming off Miami ... it’s a tough arena to come in and get a win , shipping in from Florida... I would be on the Redbirds at a Pk, can’t lay the 2.5 currently... but I think the pace early should be a crawl... it’s a little scary that the home team can straight light it up from deep, so we just need a few early nervous early and we nut this total... ucf cant make a free throw better than Shaq, I don’t see a lot of second chance opps early, now Johnny Dawkins is a smart coach and knows this is a tough task, but I think he’ll throw some 1-3-1 3 quarter court and make illy st work deep in the clock ... I mean that’s what I would do.Not so much to turn them over but just to take time off the shot clock, because they are shooting almost 50% from 3... gotta make a team like work imo... I just don’t see too much transition early ... only way we lose this 2x move, if illy just goes lights out early, and I think Johnny Dawkins to smart to get blitzed, but let’s gets this one home

I mean UCf 3 point defense is terrible ranking wise, but they held Miami 5-24 and the rating looks bad cuz I’m the opener prairie view went 11-21 for 54% but if you dig deeper you see that chancellor Ellis went 8-12 in that game ... if you take that dude outta the stats they 3 point defense is 8-29 , so when using numbers this early just made sure you know what numbers your looking at

Look I know the Norse plays a slow pace but the amount of 3’s attempted in this game is going to be 40/50 ... Juan Dixon’s squad is out there playing like he did @ Maryland just run n gun , let it fire... 48% of Norse shots are 3, and over 50% of coppin st’s are 3’s lol, those are funny numbers... so I think the reversal styles could play into a faster a pace, especially since the slow paced fav is 18 point favorites, plenty of garbage 3’s potentially here.
Should be plenty of chances to score with the clock stopped from the charity strike as well...
Hopefully these 2 convert at a slightly higher % then average and we can fly over this number

So what do we know about this team? Numbers awful but cuz they played @ zags, so look for some positives ... they only turned it over 6 times and didn’t foul...

This valpo coach has done absolutely nothing since taking over for Bryce drew, and this is a pure fade of them... who are they to lay 8.5?

Now they did beat Toledo and kept it close enough vs a very tough St. Louis team , I really high on the Billikens this year, but man this crusaders squad needs to earn a line like this before handed an 8.5 ...

Gimmie the dog here, on a pure fade of the favorite type play... I honestly don’t know to much about North Dakota but , I know valpo is no world beaters so they don’t have to be much to compete here...

Little Rock is a much better team than Central arky , but dam the spot... bears finally get some much needed class relief , after playing the 4th toughest In the early season , nobody likes to get whipped at duke, g town , Baylor ... well actually played tight vs Hoyas ... but here a situation where the class relief will show early, Also Little Rock has Memphis on deck ,,, central numbers can’t mean anything playing that schedule
