Disagree about Florida. Florida has more talent for sure and has played 4 legit teams so far and they've won all of them pretty convincingly. Both teams get more points than average from inside and Florida is the much better defensive team there. Both teams like to run a little but its Florida that forces the action with turnovers and getting offensive boards. Hoped I would see more talk on this game because I love Florida at less than 3. Give SHU credit, they beat a solid Iowa team on the road but Florida played a couple similarly talented teams (just at home) and led both by double digits for most of the time.

Requiem - who hasn't seen it.... and jesus you have to be in the right frame of mind before that undertaking.

No prob, was gonna take the day off but couldn't stay away from Europa League hit a few nice winners. Gonna kill my thread, a make a new one every so often kinda a psychological thing after a day I had yesterday it's time to start anew. Might have a play on Club America/Guadalajara match their last match was the most watched club soccer match in US history. I'll prolly post it here.

I still remember being a kid and getting yelled at when my mom caught me watching HER rented copy of A Fish Called Wanda.... fukkin title is a bit misleading to an 8 year old ffs.

Sleepers - forgot about that movie - loved it, great cast, messed up story and I love revenge flicks.
Mystic River - great flick, haunting.
Shutter Island - watched once, didn't like but the more I look for "movies like....." that title pops up more often than not.
We Own the Night - watched it once, probably high as a kite, don't remember much cept these guys go around trying to own the night and shit gets all ****** up.

Today Cowboys -5.5 at home is way too good to be true and of course my fukkin luck, they lose.

How does one even begin listing "good comedies to see"? That is some endless shit right there, I need more parameters. If given no other information, I can only say: Go watch Groundhog Day again, because it the perfect film and has everything: great writing, great lines, many layers to the plot, profound life symbolism. One of the all-time great scripts. And still my favorite Bill Murray performance.

Best pool movie ever. Very evocative of a time when pool halls were not filled with posers and girlie-men. Couldn't see the back of the room because of the cigarette smoke...bills stuffed in a corner pocket to be pulled out by the winning shooter...sharp guys sitting silently on benches taking in the game. A must see for any gambler......Paul Newman/George C. Scott/Jackie Gleason. Love this flick.

Split the nightcap with ODU and Florida. 3-2 on the day. Kicking myself for taking Northridge and not Louisville. Was sitting at computer and doubting self so decided to go with 1 and chose the wrong one. Was looking at Louisville ML +120 as well to boot
