VILLANOVA, Pa. -- McDonald's All-American Scottie Reynolds will attend Villanova in the fall, the school announced Thursday.
The 6-foot-1 guard averaged 28.4 points, 4.5 assists and four steals as a senior at Herndon (Va.) High School. He was a three-time Associated Press first-team All-State selection and was the Class AAA Player of the Year as a senior.
"We are very fortunate to have a player of Scottie's caliber drop into our laps," Villanova coach Jay Wright said. "He can create his own shot, create shots for others and score."
Reynolds is the fifth player to join this year's recruiting class for the Wildcats.
