Have the minutes of the stars for the better teams been coming down? Have you noticed? That could be something to look at. Less time for the starters to keep them fresh for the playoff run in April, could be something to keep a eye on.

just checked this,

last seven day dogs of 8 or more have covered at 6-5.
Last two days have covered 4-0.

Dogs are the way to go. A play on a dog doesn't need to be as strong, for the simple reason that they don't have to win the game to cover. They only have to play better than expected.

Check my record (and picks) at the wagerline survivor contest, under DarkHorse21. Only started playing there a short while ago, but my record for dogs is 14-2 (88%). For favorites and totals that type of edge tapers off very quickly.

I don't care what anybody says about the public getting sharper. Most people bet on favorites. So dogs continue to get the better lines. As long as internet betting draws in more people, it should remain that way.

portland covered last night against the bucks too, but the 76er's didn't cover against the clippers 2 days ago. they either ended up pushing that game or lost pending on the line you got it at.
