76ers were +11 & +9.5 @ Staples last year. They covered the 11 and won the either won SU. No Igoudala but I see the 76ers covering this #. I have watched a handful of games this year and they are the NBA darlings, they get lots of calls and lots of free throws. I think David Stern has a hard on for Doug Collins.

Sixers are the play. Lakers don't deserve to be a 10 point fave right now. Sixers are 10-6 SU in their last 16 games and have been competitive against some good teams besides their blowout loss to the Bulls.

I would not lay 10 on a struggling Lakers team who until the sizeable win at New Orleans has not looked good recently. I like to think the Lakers bring in the new year with a dominant win at Staples center but as I see it I'd take Philly + the points or no play.

Lakers will win this one easy... they have some confidence back after an easy win in NO the other night. Now they're back home, new years eve, easy win.

I think the sixers compete. I am on sixers +14 and over.
I like that offense and road win in phx. I think they have a shot. i am also very small on sixers ml +450. Ill be watching.
