Somewhat new to betting, but this might work out!
I'm starting with 300 dollars, going to risk 7.5 percent of bankroll on each bet.
22.50 on each bet, just to make it easier for now I'll start with 22 to win 20. All
bets will be straight bets, no parlays or teasers.
For now all bets will also be 11/10 bets, over-unders or point spreads. No moneylines.

Going to try and pick 3 bets a day, hopefully can win 55 percent of the time, even thought I know it is unrealistic. I am 18 years old, live in Vegas, will be having someone put the bets in for me at the casino. I work at Subway, don't have a lot of money, but love sports gambling.

So far my leans for tomorrow are

    Heat -6
    Spurs +3
and very undecided[which in my case means no play for now]
Milwaukee -2...however very weak play, would rather play the Heat Suns over.

Thanks, input and some help would be appreciated.
I would love to hear negative/positive comments on how to be successful with the whole money/bankroll thing! Thanks, points to everyone who helps!

That's a very high percentage of your bankroll to be betting per game. The recommended amount is 1-2%. That said, good luck to you

Really? I just figure betting 2 percent would be about 9 dollars per game? I just wouldn't think any money could be made doing that

Risking 5% instead of 7.5% doesn't seem like a big difference, but you get an extra play for every two games. With your bankroll - I would take max. 5% to build a nice bankroll.

You are playing too many plays for a $300 bankroll. Here is what you need to do. Look all the games over very very closely. Find some cappers on here who are solid. Make one pick, then put $30 on it. 1% is great for someone who has $30K. If the $30 play loses then go to $27...etc. Now, if you get great games in different time slots so that you only have one play exposure at any given point in time then you might do more than one per day. For example, you have Team 1 at 7:00 PM and Team 2 at 10:00 PM. But do not have multiple games going at the same time.

If you are lucky in two weeks you might double your bank.

                  Good luck.

Also, you need to get a second job. When I made low wages I worked 3 jobs.

For someone who has $300, 1% is not realistic. I would go with 10% of actual bank and readjust after each game and only have one play at risk at a time. If he doubles the bank in a few weeks then he can drop to 5%.
