It was a tough day with the Orlando trade coming after I had placed the bet, and then the Spurs fell victim to a last second basket to end the first half.

The 1.5 unit 2nd Half bet on the Warriors proved to be a true winner though. I hope some of you jumped on that one.

All in all, a profitable night.

Well it was another rough day with some bets falling through late.

Notably, the Red Wings, who were my top pick for the day, blew a lead in the final minutes and went on to lose in overtime. Osgood was going for his 400th win in front of the home fans and his family, so I expected much better results out of one of the top teams in the league.

But... there is a positive. Even though the last two days haven't gone exactly as planned, a small profit has been made on both. The bankroll is slowly growing! That's what matters in the end.

I'm sure nobody is following me at this point, and that's cool, but I would like to get some discussion going in the thread.

I'll have more (hopefully winning) picks tomorrow!

Well, as many expected, one of the NBA's best teams getting 6.5 on the spread was too much to pass up. Dallas went into Miami and took care of business, winning the game outright.

The 2 unit play brings my total comfortably into profit after just 3 days of posting.

The Red Wings had a classic overtime win against Vancouver - probably the best game in any sport I've seen in awhile.

I didn't watch the Bulls, but they took care of business as well.

A losing night had to come eventually I guess, and this was it. The Wings fell behind early and fell just short of a comeback, again denying Osgood of his 400th win, and the Spurs failed to be competitive at all.

We're back in the green with another winning day, stopping the losing streak at just 1! The New Orleans pick was a bad one, but the Red Wings finally delivered Osgood his 400th win, netting a 2 unit gain.

I spent today switching to 5Dimes and applying for pro! Haven't had much time for research, so only one play tonight on my team. Also, I am going to be using their reduced juice lines whenever possible, so that is what I will list here and how I will calculate my net units.

Not the best day as the Thunder faltered down the stretch and the Pistons got blown off the court, but a 'losing night' could always be much worse than this one since one of the losses was a very small bet.
