are 4th quarter plays any good?

i was looking at the utah/gs matchup today and i found that utah is 2nd best 4Q team with an average of +3.6points and that GS is 28th (3rd worst) with -1.9pts. So do you think Utah -2.5 4Q is a good pick or are 4th quarters just not predictable or something?
