Betting lines that differ by half a point from the Vegas line +EV?

So I have this local that loves to moves lines. On a day like this with 5-6 games he usually moves lines on 3-4 games ranging from 0.5-3 points. I am up a significant amount this early in the season solely by betting his weak lines.

My question: I've been betting lines which differ 1 point or more from the vegas line. Will blindly betting lines that differ by just half a point from the vegas line be +EV?

This local also closes really early though (around 8 hours before game time) because I live in Asia so the line moving against me might cause problems as gametime nears. I use Pinny to compare the lines.

Yes. Try to keep him open as long as possible. The closer to tip off the sharper the line so the more advantage you have betting a weak #

This clown also creates his own lines. I remember he hung boston +3.5 at home against the cavs in game 6 last season. I gladly pounded boston + the points
