What is the best book for NBA?

What book will allow you to bet 3rd quarters after halftime and 4th quarters after the 3rd quarter instead of only giving the quarter lines before the games start? Thanks

I have a 5dimes acct and they dont offer 4th quarters after the 3rd..Bet365 does not allow US players.
