Explain NBA Futures Line Differential to me....Bucks and Knicks

I know any team not named Miami, LA Lakers and Boston, probably isnt worth a title bet but I was looking at the NBA Futures lines on Bodog and saw something weird. The Milwaukee Bucks have 40/1 odds to win it all and the Knicks have 35/1. In my opinion the Bucks are clearly the better team, but I thought maybe because of the Amare addition, that maybe Bodog liked the Knicks. Then I looked at the Odds to win the Eastern conference and the the Knicks are 30/1 odds and the Bucks are 25/1 odds. This is more of what I expected.

So what causes this differential. Because I checked a few other books, and they have the Bucks favored in both.

Also what do you guys think of a Future bet on the Blazers to win the west. The Lakers are clearly the favorites, but I think a small bet with Portland at 11/1 odds is pretty good value.

Only thing I can think of is maybe they believe the Knicks will make a trade deadline move that will catapult them to the playoffs and give them a better chance.(I.E. getting Melo at the trade deadline).
