Really? Thats what you saw? People amaze me. "My team lost its a conspiracy against the Boston celtics!!"
Has nothing to do with the fact that Staples was as loud as its ever been, LA was pounding the ball inside, Boston couldn't hit a shot, Boston couldn't box out ect ect. And to be honest Boston was fouling the shit out of LA all game, over the backs , fouling guys on shots, tripping people, I saw Rasheed pulled Kobe to the ground on a shot, but it didn't get called. I saw a jump ball get called right before Pau dunked all over KG, which was very odd because no one on Boston even had there hand near the ball. The calls went both ways thats for sure.

Bottom line no matter what the refs call, the ref can't make a team miss shot after shot. The ref can't make someone hit huge 3 pointers ala Derek Fisher, I can go on and on.

No way it was rigged, LA won that game straight up, and very easily could have lost. It was a great game. Stop making excuses.

i didnt bet 1$ on boston if i did it would of been on +7 and i would of won I just seen the lakers come back and take the lead with free throws and i belive they shot like 34 to bostons 17 or something like that

Heres the thing about the free throws. Bryant shot 5 that I remember, but they were blatant fouls one was a 3 that Allen fouled him on, the other Sheed fouled the shit out of him. The Lakers as a team got 4 in the last 15 seconds, due to how Boston was behind and trying to foul there way back into it. I mean thats half the free throws that were shot by the lakers in the 4th. I should have recorded the 4th quarter so I could watch the whole thing again.

and ......20 points from the free throw line alone in the 4th !!!

You can think what you want goldengreek. But just because a ref doesn't call something doesn't mean its not a foul, and when he does decide to call it, you can't bitch because its still a foul. The argument that they weren't calling it earlier is BS, because they should have been calling it if it was a foul. And the reason the number was so high in the 4th is because Boston was in the penalty most of the quarter. Alot of those weren't shooting fouls. If I remember right there was a couple over the back fouls called and what not. But you can blame whoever you want, Boston still got beat down.

If you really want to know why Boston lost that game, theres this little stat called offensive rebounds and second chance points. 23 to eight offensive rebounds, and a whole ****ton of second chance points for the lakers.

Now lets hear about some retirements I want to see that Boston team get dismantled so they can watch the lakers 3 peat from home next year.

I put this in a different threat, but 4 of those foul shots came at the end of the game when Boston had to Foul. 3 of them came from Ray Allen fouling Kobe on a 3. And I know of at least 2 over the back calls, that were blatant KG elbowing Pau in his dome piece trying to get a rebound.

But by your logic the refs shouldn't call that stuff because its the 4th quarter and they hadn't been calling many fouls earlier in the game? Oh no wait maybe we should just have the refs look at the box score before they call something a foul or not because its not fair that the lakers get to shoot free throws when boston fouls them, if there is a foul shot imbalance.

Lakers missed shots just like the Celtics. The game was decided by the refs. If you think the Lakers deserved to shoot more FTs in the 4th than the Celtics shot all game then

Wrong. Only 2 freethrows came at the end when boston had to foul

You can claim what you want but the lakers scored 50 points for 3 quarters and then were handed the game on the free throw line.

Its not all about HOW MANY freethrows and fouls BUT WHEN

Im NOT bitching at all about the 37-20 or whatever free throw discrepency

They do it sneaky... some calls that seem unimportant ( not even shooting fouls ) but ultimately get the lakers in the bonus to shoot freethrows the rest of the way

First time ever I have seen an official assingned to 3 games in the finals ( all laker wins ..wink wink )

Even if the calls were legit. Public perception is the league can pick and choose who they want to win.
I have seen umpires have a horrible "good" game.
What I mean is...They keep calling outside pitches strikes. But the ump calls them the entire game that way for both teams. Players and managers will always say. That's what they want.
Just consistency for the entire game. So what if he had a bad strike zone.
Every pitch out there was a strike. So after a couple of innings you knew where you stood

Now to let them play for 3 quarters and then change in the 4th is bullshit.
Just another reason why that league is percieved as a joke.

It just doesn't make sense, someone on another thread was talking about all the public money on the lakers, if the fix was in why didn't boston win then so vegas could clean house? I'm trying to find motive in what your saying for the game to be fixed and I don't see any. The NBA got its money from the TV networks, they don't get payed when the lakers win or celtics win. They get money from the game being played, doesn't matter who wins.
