Celtics want to blame someone blame Ray Allen and Pierce for not getting it done in game 7.

Also, the whole Sheed thing... Sheed played good for 20 minutes, that's about it...after that he was done and everyone knew it. Supposively he just wanted to say bye to the ref's and that sheed has decided to retire.

Incase you didnt know sheed like strained a leg muscle and his back and that's why he was hobbling around like a gimp throughout the 4th.

Anyone who took the celtics without perkin's is a idiot.
When one team drives to the basket and another shoots from outside you are going to get a discrepancy in foul shots. Phil (winner of 11 rings) saw that the Celtics were getting tired in the 3rd quarter and told the Lakers to drive to the basket. They did and the tired Celts fouled the Lakers.

Don't blame the refs for the Celtics not scoring a basket for about 6 minutes at the end of the 3rd quarter and beginning of the 4th.

I was listening to local sports radio {570} Friday afternoon. They indicated Wallace was trying to announce his retirement and just wanted to clear the air with the refs! "No hard feelings guys. I was a jerk all those years and you did a great job". Sounds like spin after reading this thread.
