What does Off Court Mean in Off Court/On Court Stats?
    Obviously would assume the bench.

Stat On Court Off Court Net

    Minutes 2957 997 74%
Stat On Court Off Court Net

    Offense: Pts per 100 Poss. 117.2 103.9 +13.3

How is it that someone has pts per possession while being off court?

What am I not getting here?

Is this stat for their team while he is on court or off court?

As well curious, without having to form another thread... Where can I find 4th quarter career stats for players?

Curious what Kobe is shooting 4th quarter career wise, and can't seem to find it on the most notable stat sites.

It's hard for me to tell by the way your post is spread out, but maybe it means how many points are scored when someone is not on the court? So you can gauge how effective the team's offence is when he's in vs when he's not? Again, just a total guess though.

Yes, it's a measure of how the team performs when that player is on the court vs. off the court.

Thanks Roag, appreciate the insight. Kind of figured it was, just wanted to double check.

Any idea where I can find 4th quarter career stats? Or stats for a player by quarter in general career average?

Yeah, I love 82games.com. Been browsing there but can't seem to find that career quarter by quarter average. Just really curious as to what Kobe's FG% is in clutch situations career average. Somebody is trying to tell me it's over 65% which has got to be wrong. Very wrong.

How are you defining "clutch situations"? I know this much, with the game on the line and the clock running down, I wouldn't want anyone else taking that shot except Kobe.

                    some interesting 09-10 clutch stats

NBA 2009-10 season player clutch stats in the fourth quarter and overtime of close games, including points, rebounds, assists, field goal percentage and more.

For these stats "Clutch" is defined as: 4th quarter or overtime, less than 5 minutes left, neither team ahead by more than 5 points...

                    Bryant at 44% for 09-10...

I'm specifically looking for quarter by quarter career averages. Clutch would be nice too. Quarter is optimal.

According to this, Lebron has him edged out.

honestly man, it's probably because no cav except lebron has so much as attempted a shot in the 4th quarter in years.
