Spreads usually adjust in accordance with bounce back trends on a 2 game home stand.

If Home team loses game 1, the spread will go up as it's likely they will bounce back to win and then some.
If Away team loses game 1, the spread usually goes down as a win for a split is often probable while a closer game is very likely.

With Derosa and Crawford the writing was on the wall in GM 1.
Best to wait for ref assignments before choosing sides in GM 2.
I do know Boston is making some changes with their approach.

If Boston takes GM 2, yacks will be saying "we got a series"

tough call but after seeing what happened in game 1 and how the lakers had such a big advantage in the paint its hard to want to back the Celtics in game 2. Compared to 08' this laker team having bynum/artest gives them that physical edge, not to mention their other advantages. This series is over in my opinion and the winner has already been decided.
