right team wrong player...Steve Nash is pretty much the consensus worst defender in the league. (thats not including bench guys etc.)

Amare doesnt care about defense and doesnt try. Steve Nash on the other hand just really really sucks at D

You're about 8 years late on that conclusion. That's exactly why Cleveland would have been stupid to trade for him and I still hear their fans crying about not getting him.

Yea last night was pretty ugly defensive wise for Amare. Not much effort on that end of the court.

It doesn't make sense. As good of an athlete as he is, I just don't understand why defense is such a problem.
