Denver got called for an offensive foul with 31 seconds to go, down by 1 point.
Instead of playing good solid defense for 24 seconds, they decide to foul right away and put Utah on the line. For the life of me, this made no sense whatsoever. Utah hit free throws down the stretch and held on for a 3 point win.
I had 6 points to spare at the 30 second mark, thinking Utah either hits a shot under 10 seconds to go up 3 or 4, or Denver gets the ball back with a shot to win the game and avoid OT. The scanerio that made the least sense, and the one that I least wanted had to happen, go figure.
