I don't wager on the NBA anymore, I had stopped betting on it years ago. A lot of people say the games are fixed. And I agree that there's some weird things you see in an NBA game. And after the Donaghy situation you really think more about this.

This for me would be a RED FLAG to not place onw wager on an NBA game. Unless if you happen to know what the "fix" is

Camel, love your Rugby and AFL picks. You do a great job there

The irony is people are still taking those TNT and BSPN talking heads serious.

Guess what; the "experts" know just as much as you as to what will happen in a game --- nothing. The only difference between those dorks and everyone here is that they're paid by a bunch of even more clueless execs to have an opinion. And they're usually all batting no better than .500

It's always the same people that have the NBA figured out; it's rigged. And they're always back the next day betting on it again. Go figure.

Ok your right, games are fixed. So then why do you still gamble after all these years. Point spread are useless, capping is useless, all game are predesigned.

The sharps pounded Utah because Denver was overvalued. They shot 57% in game one, Melo played out of his mind and they still didn't manage to pull away until midway through the 4th. They've played like complete crap under Dantley. Perfect letdown spot.

Losing Okur may have actually helped Utah. He had one of the worst plus/minuses on the team, and Utah's record when Fesenko starts at C is now 7-1.

FYI, Donaghy's claims are complete and utter lies. Henry Abbott at TrueHoop broke down all of his alleged referee trends and biases he claimed made him all this money. All the data pointed to nothing even remotely better than 50-50 during the time Donaghy claims he bet on games. In short he's a lying scumbag.

Think about how easy it is to hide/shave points or send da man to the free throw line and this will be your answer

If anything is fixed, it's totals. How a game is called can definitely swing the total. Take tonight for example. 91 free throws combined.

The refs didn't have anything to do with Billups missing 3 three-pointers and a FT the final minute of the game.
