Pacers may suck but they have been dominating teams who havent made it into the playoffs. Is it me or does this spread seem too low?

I wouldnt touch this game. Indiana should be favoured by more than 2 but who the fvk knows which washington team is going to show up. Will they want to win at home to appease their fans, or tank for the draft picks? Wouldnt touch it when there are so many other meaningful and more entertaining games guys.
