i think it's gonna be intense

i picked the spurs to win the title last year and i was very nervous about how detroit almost beat them and very well could have

i imagine the pistons have had this one circled on the calendar

they had been on record saying they were out to make a statement at the beginning of the season and so far they have done that VERY well and this game is pretty much the culmination of the early statement

so i guess that means they will be ready to play and amped

however you can be amped for a game and still get beat

manu will not play for spurs and rasheed is not guaranteed to play (his cousin was killed in a shootout with Philadelphia police) although he played for Golden State on Friday and did pretty good so I would lean that he is gonna play aagain sunday

detroit is playing much better of late than the spurs (a blowout is a possibility)

spurs getting a generous 6 points

i would take the detroit ml and assuming i took the spread i would lean towards detroit there too

        thx

detroit has to be the favorite to win it all

spurs are a great team but I don't think they will take it this year cause i think other teams will be hungrier than them

suns are gonna be a wildcard. if amare comes back healthy and gets a good month or two of playing time to get their chemistry back then i am picking the suns out of the west

if amare does not come back then that obviously changes things dramatically and the spurs will probably come out of the west again
