I went ahead and took the Under even though the Wizards put up way more points than usual in the 1st quarter, therefore sending the first half Over I believe. Take this play at your own risk.

My logic is the Rockets are beat up, and the Wizards are typically very low-scoring and crappy (these days), so I figured they'd go Under, especially since the Wizards probably gave it their all during the 1st quarter.
