As the NBA season is coming to a close, I will give everyone a good tip: Stop Betting favorites, and jump on the dogs. Of course I'm not talking about every dog out there. But following teams that are losing by a few points each game. The lines are out of hand right now.

*Don't be surprised if one of the 4 big dogs today wins:
-Washington +900
-Detroit +920
-New Jersey +500
-LA Clippers +750

I agree with your theory. One more point- the last week of the season dont bet on any game involving a team that isnt gonna make the playoffs.

I don't like betting on the NBA in April period. Teams trying to get healthy for the playoffs & teams that have already packed it in

Same here. Usually the first and last 10-15% of games of the season, of almost all sports, I don't bet.
