Turn off sportscenter.
We all are in the same boat as Ivo, too bad he has the cash to back it up and posters do not.

We have no clue what his relationship has been like with his family. His wife could have been putting up with this a lot longer than she should have. It does seem kind of fishy though, she sees he's done playing basketball and not long after she is out the door.

Well I was obviously saying it jokingly, relating it to relationships that gamblers such as ourselves may have. I am sure the issues have gone on for sometime. It is funny though how the extramarital affairs could be overlooked, but don't go gambling our money!

having your high school sweetheart dump and hit you for alimony/child support for 5 kids is about as sad as it gets in my book. I doubt he had a prenup poor guy.

AI is now a liability going forward. He's going to spend much more than he makes. She's cashing out at the top, basically.

Well Lakerboy I feel sorry for your wife. You are on this forum from 5pm-midnight every single night fueling yours and every other degenerate follower's addiction. If that is what a marriage means to you then that is pathetic. I know one thing, my time with my wife is precious and I would never spend 40+ hours a week on a computer away from her. For God's sake you have almost 13,000 posts in less than a year. Your on pace to be the next JJGold or Sammy...God bless your wife!

No need to feel sorry for her. Feel sorry for yourself you are addicted to me that has already been proven. I have a very happy marriage , in fact we will be having our second child in the summer so it looks like i found time for her. Anyways you keep following my posts and reading everything i post cause thats what you spend half your day doing. What have you done lately for your wife anyways?

Boo Hoo.....poor Iverson.....he gets all he deserves....he should have practiced more, oopps did I say practice, cmon man practice....what a phucking clown......If he ends up alone and broke his own damn fault ....he made enough money for three lifetimes. he should have planned better.....I am sure some of his pro friends will talk about what a terrible thing this is......Look at Barkley, fat, ugly ass golf swing, promiscuious, and still on top of the world .....they say dont step on anyone while climbing up the ladder of success and Iverson might have stepped on one too many people...

It has been documented over the years about his gambling episodes in Atlantic City. One time the dealer, I think it was 3 card poker, overpaid him and he refused to give back the extra chips.
On December 9, 2005 after the Sixers defeated the Charlotte Bobcats, Iverson paid a late-night visit to the Trump Taj Mahal. After winning a hand at a three-card-stud poker table, Iverson was overpaid $10,000 in chips by a dealer. When the dealer quickly realized the mistake and requested the chips back, Iverson refused and a heated head-turning argument between him and casino staff began. Atlantic City casino regulations reportedly state that when a casino makes a payout mistake in favor of the gambler, he or she must return the money that they did not legitimately win by playing.[20]
