Why are the Dallas Mavs +12.5 tonight in OKC??

Dallas has been pretty hot and OKC has been really cold (ATS). Off of no rest (b2b) Dallas is 6-3 ATS and OKC is 2-4. As a road dog Dallas is 8-6 ATS and OKC as a home fav is 9-13. Overall ATS Mavs are 23-15 and OKC are 15-24!! So why is this line so damn high?? What am I missing here? Are the mavs resting guys? Even still, OKC has been bad in the 4th quarter recently. In their last 3 games there average 4th qrt margin is -6.7, so they are letting teams comeback and bare minimum I see a back door cover here for the mavs. Anyone know whats up with this line? Cheers
