It's called analyzing the matchup dimwit. I'm asking people on here questions about how the spurs can win with him comin off the bench but no one can answer my question with a thought out answer because the knowledge is not luscious in this thread

ya bro but youve seriously mentioned it in almost every post. Personally i dont think the spurs can beat the mavs in this series, they have a much better team this time around and have player to rely on other than dirk

I don't think it matters if he comes off the bench. If he is effective in his minutes, he'll get plenty of playing time. Hill has an injury of his own so Parker may even be starting tonight. Either way, he's only been back for what? 5 games? 10 tops. By now, he's probably very close to being back in the flow of things.

I just really like the spurs tonight. I think they will control this game from start to finish and win outright.

Hill comes off the bench too, he doesn't start. Yeah he's been back for probably 10 games. I know he's going to get his off the bench, but Dallas needs to be exploited defensively with J kidd because everyone else is going to do a solid job on the opposing guys. J Kidd has always struggled against Parker in his career and coming off the bench means less time he'll be matched up with Kidd.

I have no reason to take spurs. I am tailing another member here. If you want my analysis for taking them i say that Dallas wont win because Nowitzski wont shoot like that again and I believe the spurs are in the same sit as the jazz were in the other night. I already stated before that Dallas will win this series for sure but its not gonna be a 4 game sweep. Im not too worried about what pops does- i dont question coaches like him and phil cause there fingers are full of diamonds and they know what they are doing.

It sure looked that way last game... it wasn't necessarily that Dirk was making shots, it was more that he was getting so much attention from the Spurs defense.

Dallas runs the simplest stuff it's not even funny. They put Dirk at the high post and it opens up several different options: He can either shoot a mid-range shot from around the foul line and use his height to shoot over the defender... Other players will cut in and out of the lane with Dirk drawing defenders out from under the basket... A corner three is often left wide open especially when Nowitzki gets double-teamed.
