The 4th and 5th worst teams have snuck in often, so I'm guessing Seattle takes it, although the Celtics are due for some luck.

That should help with the balance of power. The 10th best western team is going to be better than the fourth best eastern team next year.

They had this years ROY, and can possibly have next years ROY now. Portland struck the lottery big time.

Boston had season-ticket hot line open during the Lottery. Bet they didn't get one call after that result. Celtics should get a good player, but Ainge will screw up and draft some foreign player who'll never arrive in the US.

Portland better not screw up that pick by not taking Oden. They now have a chance to revive that team back to the Dr.Jack Ramsey glory years in the 1970's.
