Just out of curiosity, your units represent how much money? (mine are 50€ ~ $75 for a $4K NBA bankroll). I just think I'm now ready to step up the amount for unit, but I'm not sure....(share your experience pls)

Average score between this two is 206.3 in the last 10 games and 205.6 when playing at Oakland the last 5, so plenty of room below the 221 set for tonight!

This one seems easy...Kings have no defense and they face the number one offense at home!! The last 8 between this two at Phoenix have gone over the total!

One of the guidelines I use if I'm going to increase the amount of unit during a season is, have I doubled my bankroll (for that sport)? If not, keep it the same. If so, increase by no more than 25% but be ready to cut back real quick if you drop more than 5 of you next 10 wagers. Cutting it that quick will limit any wins you've earned from slipping away. For myself, I keep the same size unit all season but increase the number in play on the various games.

I'm playing these 2...1U on the Suns 1h and .5U on the parlay.
I'm also putting 1U on the Raptors ML. Both these teams are playing with shaky confidence...but the Raps victory over the Wiz may just give them enough of a taste to make this dog a winner. The Raps have yet to look up the term 'DEFENCE' in the dictionary...but this Bulls team is not mean enough to intimidate the Raps. Worth a toss @+218.

The largest factor why people list/post/wager/your term in units is because not everyone has the same size. Personally, I don't care if "yours" is $1, $10, $100, $1,000, or another amount so long as each punter can sustain it for the entire season on the sport they're wagering. I know people who play above and below my unit but when we're all sitting around watching the game - none of that matters as we are all rooting for our team(s) to win/cover. A person I respect the hell out of, may he continue to rest in peace, gave me a hand written out guide on this very subject from a post made by AAA Sports from Edward's board, that goes into greater detail and is worth the read. I will see if I can find it (remember, I don't increase during a/the season but recognize it's value) and if so will type it out and then post it in here - if you don't see it within three or four days, head over "there" and ask him to post it again.

He and I don't always have the same team/play but when they line up, *ahem* it's a very good thing. He does to baskets, what I do to bases (and normally what I do to pucks). Learn from his experience even if you disagree with his choice, play it as the guy is cash positive sport to sport and season to season.
