Is it me or are the points scored in quarters all over the place this year in the NBA. examples from today.

2nd - 45
3rd - 65
4th - 59
Port/Chi
1st - 56
2nd - 30
3rd - 46
4th - 57
I can't tell you how many times this year i thought i had an over or under in the bag when the 4th quarter started and find out i lost or won by a point.
just an observation, am i noticing it more this year or is it happening more?
