    Sunday Free Play
The PLAY OF THE DAY run is amazing right now is 14-6 with over 40 units of profit right now. Check out our award winning plays at theprophetspicks.com Below is your free play for Sunday a 1 star play on the Pistons Mavericks game

Dallas Mavericks @ Detroit Pistons (+5) Free Play
Dallas looked horrible against Boston yesterday and will come out firing against Detroit today. Detroit will answer the bell and play hard right back at them. Detroit wants to prove how good they are and that they can still compete with the East for an NBA championship. Detroit will keep this game close the whole way through and Chris Webber and Rip Hamilton will close out the game with the big shots. Dallas doesn't have players that can hit the big shots in close games like Detroit can you have to give the edge to the Pistons in a close game.
    1 - Detroit Pistons

Hmmm.... San Antone played Boston yesterday. Don't disagree with your play necessarily, but thought you may want to fix that typo.

Actually, now that I read your analysis, I do disagree with your analysis (again, not your pick). But how can you honestly say:
"Detroit will keep this game close the whole way through and Chris Webber and Rip Hamilton will close out the game with the big shots. Dallas doesn't have players that can hit the big shots in close games like Detroit..." You mean Dirk isn't clutch? Hell, Josh Howard is more reliable than Chris Webber, who may be the definition of "anti-clutch".

Look, I'm all for paid services designed to reel in bettors looking for an edge, but there are a few red-flags here.

        1) Your analysis is off and doesn't include any statistical or even rational thinking about the game. (Before you go dissecting all of my posts, please remember, I'm not trying to reel people into a website because I don't have one, nor do I want one)

        2) Your "award winning picks" is a red-flag to me. What awards have you won? If you won a capping competition that carries any validity then list it. If you hit 70% in a documented NFL pool, then say it.

        3) You're 14-6 but up 40 units... And this play from you is a 1 unit play (I assume 1star equals 1 point).

Look, I'm all for paid sites. Some people are really good cappers and you may very well be one of the best. I'm only critiquing your methods for reeling in customers. You have 5 posts on here, but claim a 14-6 record. And then the red-flags above kind of worry me. If I were you, I'd back up the "awards-winning picks" with a sig that includes said awards. You may say "Go to my website to see my awards" but I don't want to go to your site after reading that crummy analysis that implied that Chris Webber was more clutch than Dirk Nowitzki. Not trying to be a prick, just trying to help you out in your quest for customers. Best of luck.

There are many people who just bullshit about games and post plays between each other and that is the best part of the site.
I myself am tired of seeing the post on the home page with the pictures of the forum staff who can't pick their nose let alone a game.

I rather people such as the thread subject give no analysis and just post a play which is det +5 simple , to the point no BS.

At least this person isn't like flamers.

Yeah, I got ya' AC, but all I'm trying to do is help the dude get more customers. Considering he has a site (I assume it's a paid service, as these picks are special free ones), I would think he would want to acquire as large of a customer-base as possible. He's probably all over all the gambling-related message boards, and maybe he'll at least take my critique and use it constructively. I certainly meant no harm with my statements, and I apologize if I came across as looking like I was trying to demean the guy.

I wasn't offering any analysis. I was just critiquing his... Personally, I have no interest in either side of that game, as I've been focusing 99% of my attention to the NCAA. I'm just saying that any implication of Webber or Rip Hamilton being more clutch than Nowitzki is kinda nutty. Maybe Billups, but he's out. I think Chris Webber and I don't think "clutch" or "big shots", I think "TO" or "half-assing it", or "over the hill".

I thought and still think dallas takes this game but the line came out higher than I expected so I let it go. Forget him.
