Look for the Nuggets to strike gold and cash green this evening when Denver visits the Memphis Grizzlies at the FedEx Forum.

The Denver Nuggets invade Memphis off a 20-point loss while the Grizzlies return home off an upset win on the road at Portland.

Denver (26-28) is 13-11 against the spread on the road this year and will be looking to get back on track after losing their last four games overall, three of those on the road. Memphis (15-42) is just 11-17 straight up at home this season and 13-15 against the spread at home.

With Denver 20-7 straight up and against the spread in this series, look for the Nuggets to strike gold here tonight.

    Play: Nuggets -3

Although this may be the squarest play on the board tonight, I actually agree with it and played Denver myself at -2.5.

I disagree Marc. I actually like Memphis to win this game and might bet the money line.

As a Nuggets fan, there is no way I could bet on them right now. They usually look really good for a bit at the start of the game and generally make a couple runs, but they look absolutely awful for a long stretches of every game.

Every time we take Carmelo out, it seems we don't score for several minutes, even with Iverson in there. I don't know if Iverson's ankle is still really bothering him or if the team just hasn't had time to gel together or if these players just don't fit together. Teams are still doubling Camelo a lot, meaning they aren't afraid of anyone else scoring. Without JR Smith, theres no one on the team that can consistently make 3's.

Still, they've been much better this year on the road, and the 3 straight loses since the break came at SA, at DAL, and home against UTAH -- so I just can't take Memphis either in this game -- I'm going to pass on this one guys.

Lean towards Memphis, but not touching this one. Better games on the board.

although denver has a good track record vs memphis
in memphis denver is a lowly 2-6 straight up which makes good for the ML play for looker

I'm with you on this one. Just have a feeling that Denver is going to take care of buisness and coast to a win.

                    Here's to Denver

They didn't exactly coast to that win, but non-the-less a win is a win
