The home dogs are the play tonight when the Wisconsin (Green Bay) Phoenix host the Butler Bulldogs.

Our Monday night college basketball selection is on the Wisconsin-Green Bay Phoenix, as we will fade Butler who lost over the weekend to Southern Illinois.

That was a big game for Butler, as both SIU and Butler were ranked in the Top 15, and I don't know if the Bulldogs will be able to rebound from that loss so quickly - - and especially since tonight's game is on the road vs. a winning foe with same-season revenge. Take the Phoenix to hand Butler its second straight defeat.

It's almost comical how people think Butler is so much better than some of these teams. Wright State +4?!?! Green Bay +5.5?!?!?! These are basically equal teams.

I'd disagree with the statement that these teams are equal. I think Butler has proven to be superior this year. They have beaten the likes of Notre Dame, Indiana, Gonzaga, Tennessee and Purdue already this year, and are 11-2 in the Horizon League, compared to a team like UWGB, who do not have any marquee wins this year. I think Butlers 10 point win tonight on the road backs this up more.

Damn, these NCAA endings are killing me. Seems like the square bets are paying when they shouldn't and aren;t paying when they should. The last 2-4 minutes of these games are just killing me.
