With a 13-year home winning streak going against the Hawks, play the Utah Jazz tonight at the EnergySolutions Arena.

So, Atlanta has gotten off to a pretty good start on their five game road series, defeating the Warriors and the Suns.

Looking at the defensive rankings, Utah has the better defense and the one of the best offenses. Atlanta ranks 30th in offense in the league. In the head-to-head, Utah has won every game at home over Atlanta since 1993.

On the road the Hawks are averaging 92 points per game while the Jazz average 104 per game at home. The win at Phoenix for the Hawks was a false sense of victory as they could easily have been blown out if Steve Nash was playing. The win over the Warriors was all defense for Atlanta.

With Atlanta playing back-to-back games and traveling, take the Jazz tonight.

Lay the points on the Utah Jazz at home this evening when the Atlanta Hawks pay a visit to the EnergySoultions Arena.

It's been a while since we have seen an NBA meeting where one team has dominated the other like the Jazz have dominated the Hawks.

Utah has won the last eight meetings with Atlanta and the Jazz are 8-0 against the spread in those eight games as well. The favorite is 9-0 against the spread in the last nine meetings as well. The Hawks are 1-4 against the spread in their last five games playing without rest. They are also 2-9 against the spread in their last 11 after scoring 100 points or more in their previous game.

The Jazz are 7-0 against the spread in their last seven games vs. a team with a losing straight up record. Utah is 6-2 against the spread in their last eight games playing on a day's rest as well. Take the Jazz and lay the points here as Utah gets their ninth straight cover against Atlanta.

The favorite is the way to play this series, and that makes the Utah Jazz the right pick at home versus the Atlanta Hawks.

The Hawks are 19-30 straight up this season and most of their games have been vs. weaker opponents than they will be facing tonight.

The Jazz are 33-17 straight up and at home they are 19-6 straight up. When these teams meet it's usually one-sided and that will continue tonight. The favorite is 9-0 against the spread in the last nine meetings between the clubs, and in eight of the games Utah has been the favorite. The Jazz are 4-0 straight up and against the spread the last four times the teams have played in Utah.

is because a simple stat of favorite 9-0 last nine ATS also atl 0-8 ATS vs jazz
no rocket science no other reason

i think +8,5 went to +120 maybe more, and now we are on
