I'd take the under in this one. 190 is a somewhat tight total for this game, but I would still put the under at about 55%. Both of these teams are generally conscious of their defense. Toronto is 7-15 O/U on the road this year, including 0-5 in January (and 3-11 overall in January).

Atlanta is a roughly 50/50 totals team, but there's no reason to think they'll push anything here.

Sorry I am with my fellow New Yorker Ganchow here. I actually bet the UNDER in this game at 191. Yes the Hawks cost me an UNDER bet by going off the other night, but they are still one of the lowest scoring teams in the league at just 92.1 points per. Also the UNDER has been a cash cow for Toronto lately, going 10-1-1 the last 12 games.
