Although NY was apparently ahead 77-73 with 4 and a half left before they decided to give up another 28 points.

Smh, why is WNBA even a thing haha.

That's insane. Sky puts up 42pts in the 4th Q and they play 10min Qs!!! That's like scoring every single time they go down the court. NY D was really non-existent.

They must have been channeling the Knicks. Box score shows a lot of fouls and three pointers, but that's still pretty crazy, especially since 28 of those points came in the last 4:30.

I didnt personally watch it, but the people chatting about the game were saying how the Sky looked like the Golden State Warriors.

Yeh. That 42 pts was a WNBA record for most in any quarter ever. The previous record was 40.

On a semi-related note, I tilt bet Vegas -4.5 (live) last night and naturally some dumb clam on Atlanta hit a meaningless jumper with 2 seconds left to lose by 4... wouldn't you go for 3, foul and pray!? Ugh, I know these clams can't do math, but come on at least the coaches should be able to lol

It sucks to get a loss, but it is just one loss. And none of the bets were high money M/L bets. It's not a worst case scenario. If the Connecticut "D" bet had lost earlier in the season, that would've been a disaster. We need to have some perspective here.

Real Talk, I was just mentioning on a personal note. That i literally started the MLB 1.5 Chase, MiLB Chase and then this one all at the time undefeated until i jumped in.... It all good though. Keep it coming Sky Appreciate you!

Andy is right. It's only one series loss and all the games in this NY series was ATS so the loss was at the minimum of -18.44u. We're still up about 8u with more chases to come and hey the Mercury won today so it's not all bad!!

That being said, I get why some are frustrated of the loss. NY took the lead with just over a minute remaining and then missed every single FG after that while giving DAL eight free throws and they made them all. That was the difference.

Well, now that I'm sober, it's still super frustrating, but it's good perspective. I ended up winning pretty big overall last night, but it could have been a HUGE night! The real ball buster was the Cubs blowing a 2-1 lead in the bottom of the 9th.
