Penske giving Bad Brad a new chassis and his team mate one of Brad's old cars, same as they did for heaps of races at this time last year. When Kurt ran terrible.

Already fading Sam anyway I guess, but another reason to I think.

After Richmond in September the #9 and #43 swapped crew chiefs and crews with Todd Parrott heading to the #43 and Mike Ford to the #9 (9-11-2012). Rumors have RPM talking about a possible switch to Chevy with RCR/EGR equipment (9-8-2012). Some rumors had RPM switching to Dodge in 2013 but Dodge decided to leave the sport at the end of the 2012 season, supposedly RPM will stay with Ford (8-7-2012). No word if Ambrose returns as his contract runs out at the end of 2012. No word if Stanley Black & Decker returns as the sponsor

Not even slightly worried. He will be there or somewhere better. He would not sign without the engine issue sorted I am sure, which is probably main reason.

Personally, would find it nicer if RPM had kept Ford support, and both he and the team developed enough to win.

Could see him in the 4th MWR car possibly. Think that was supposed to Ryan Truex's seat eventually, but not sure that is progressing fast enough now.

I posted in another forum but I didn't realize there was a Nascar forum on here. Love this thread! This is my first year following NASCAR and Sunday will my first live race (I have team pit lane passes) but I was a huge V8 fan in Australia. Im going to take some vegimite for our Aussie hero Ambrose!

What do you guys make of Kevin Harvick's chances this weekend? My bookie has him at +1500 for the win and +450 for a top 3 finish. Also, in general would you advise getting in early or waiting until Sat/Sun?

Great to have another Ambrose fan here. We are starting to take over the place!

I like to bet early and late. But you will see from a thread in here monitoring odds that there is generally a lot more vig in the market come race day.
